This Easter holiday weekendis no eggseptionand is yet again a wonderful opportunity to ‘down’ tools and dedicate yourself to enjoying being with family and friends.  And, even if the nature of your line of work increases during this period delayingyourholiday time-out and your focus is more on your business, it can be so much more enjoyable with a general mood in the air which is noticeably lighter and happier and is eggstremely infectious (food for the soul).  I’m sure you’ve noticed… this is especially the case when the sun is shining as it was superbly for a few glorious days last week.

After the third occasion of picking out the same card ‘waves of prosperity’ as witnessed by hundreds of viewers now on Facebook Live, as well as thinking "wowzer", I thought that I really need to write about this subject of wealth, abundance, prosperity… because clearly this is energetically a powerful time and on some level if we are not ‘feeling’ it, then something is out of alignment. 
Being prosperous and feeling it, can be elusive and indeed is the case for many.

The moment the days start to lengthen and with it the sun shines more bringing warmth to the land.  The frosts lessen and we are encouraged outside to join in with the new beginnings that this glorious season brings to us as an annual gift of birth and renewal.  Reawakening after our virtual hibernation into Spring with offerings full of promise, expectation and opportunity.

How Much Do You Value Yourself?

Worthless or Priceless?

If I asked you to rate this very well-known painting from 0 - 10 where 0 is worthless and 10 is priceless, where would you place it?
Easy!  Most people know that this beautiful painting is priceless.
Now replace the painting with a picture of yourself and rate it once again using the 0 – 10 scale.
Challenging isn’t it?
Many people, especially women, compare themselves to others and as a result don’t value themselves enough.  We have thoughts that creep in to our mind and feed us with self-doubt.

What If You Could Press A Pause Button And Put Everything On Hold?

Women especially find it challenging to press the pause button...

Wouldn't it be amazing if we could just halt time when we felt like it, just as nature does in winter time?  A quick press of the pause button to allow ourselves to catch up with whatever we have been chasing at the time.
Compare it to your TV or DVD player which has a pause button.  This enables you to exercise choice. You can choose to take a pause, or continue to hurtle along at speed to wherever that maybe.

Let me explain and dive right into it...

The word META is derived from the Greek language and means 'after' or 'beyond'. It is also a prefix added to the name of a subject and designating another subject that analyses the original one but at a more abstract, higher level.

Sometimes life can seem more challenging than usual and it is not always easy to identify why you may be feeling
